Wine country. Shared discoveries. Your kind of company.

Good wine.
Good company.
Somewhere new.

Let your curiosity stretch its legs. We are shaping wine adventures for people who enjoy meeting the makers, exploring a place, and sharing the discoveries around a table.

Places to discover. People to discover them with.

A shared adventure, from vine to table.

Go behind the bottle

Walk among the vines, ask the questions that never fit on a label, and discover the food, landscapes, and local stories that give a wine its sense of place. These are the experiences we want to build into our journeys.

Find your kind of company

Come with friends, a wine club, or simply your own curiosity. We want to bring together people with shared interests and plenty to learn from one another. There is room for the enthusiastic beginner and the well-travelled Cork Dork.

Leave room for the unexpected

A conversation with a grower. A local market. A long lunch that turns into a favourite memory. Alongside the wine, we want time for the place—and the people you discover it with.

Cork Dorks with a travelling streak.

The Order of Cork Dorks is the community taking shape around Talk to the Cork. Our travel plans carry the same spirit: curiosity, camaraderie, and a healthy disregard for wine snobbery.
